Everyone, and I mean everyone loves a good food truck, right? In this post, we'll continuously explore the world of food trucks.

Sadly, while I LOVE food trucks, there just aren't a ton that I've found around where I live and work at the moment. That said, the ones I've had have been (mostly) delicious AF, and with that, let's talk Hangry Panda...

Hangry Panda is one of the best food trucks I've had the pleasure of trying... From the "SPECTACOLAR Super Tender Brisket
Tacos to the Bang-Bang Chick'n and the Big-Daddy Hotmess, this food truck brings their A game to a variety of locations in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia area.

Their SPECTACOLAR Super Tender Brisket Tacos (pictured above) are absolutely loaded with tender brisket and the perfect blend of lettuce, thinly sliced purple cabbage, pickled shredded Carrot, Cilantro, Green Onions, and pickled Japanese Daikon.

We also tried the Big-Daddy Hotmess, and there may not be a better description for a food item anywhere. Brisket, Fried Cicken, Garlic Parmesan tots, fries, jalapenos and more make up this, well, hotmess in a container. The tastes complimented each other amazingly - my only issue with this was the was it was packages didn't exactly lend itself to being driven home.

For the kids, our daughter liked the Fried Chick'n and Fries just fine. I tried it, and while good, didn't leave me pining for more like the tacos and hotmess did.
